Executing and implementing responsibilities

The implementation of the programme and the institutional infrastructure for the programme execution, implementation, financial and program technical control & monitoring and final evaluation is designed to be as follows:

Executive responsibility CDE, with assistance of associate consultants

Implementing responsibility ESALIA, in cooperation with national leather industry associations and appointed national experts and international intervention consultants and or sub-contractor(s)

Financial responsibility CDE , through financial auditing by independent auditors and ESALIA through handling of impress account for local and regional needs.

Programme technical control and monitoring by appointed associate consultant through programme reporting and monitoring process.

Final evaluation by appointed independent evaluator under supervision of CDE.
